9. Dimensional Vortex

The Dimensional Vortex opens after defeating Lavos at any point during the game, and you enter with the same file that you used to beat him, rather than having to go through an entire New Game + (although you can do that to get some more levels if you're unsure how you'll cope). Fortunately, you don't need to go through the Lost Sanctum in order to access the Vortex. The entrances to the Dimensional Vortex appear in Antiquity, the Present and the Future, and they can be completed in any order. This guide will go in chronological order... technically.
