If anyone has trumpet playable music from FFVI like Kefka's theme tell me because I have looked everywhere all I can find is piano and guatair tabs

i doubt there are any, however, if you simply open up a copy on piano (ffshrine.org is my source) you can easily figure out what the notes are in the melody and write it down yourself.
