Biography

????? is the name given to a number of anonymous ghosts riding the Phantom Train who may join Sabin, Cyan, and Shadow when they accidentally hitch a ride. If Shadow is not in your party then you can recruit two ????? at once!

Gameplay

????? can't equip weapons or armor and its physical attacks are weak. It can use the Possess skill to instantly kill an enemy, but Possess makes ????? leave your party permanently - until you recruit a new one, that is.
