Biography

Lara is wife to Taban and mother to Lucca. When first introduced, Lara is enfeebled with the loss of her legs. She garners the sympathy of others (and certainly you, the gamer, right?) for her impairment. She is quite unlike her husband and daughter in that she found machines baffling and excessive, preferring instead to stick with her manual household labor.

Additional Information

In one optional scene, Lucca travels back in time to see her mother, mobile and active, trying to dust one of Taban's machines. By mistake, she activates the machine and is mutilated, causing the loss of her legs. You have the option to stop the machine from ruining her body if you approach the machine, which of course will change Lara's future dramatically.
