Biography

Spekkio is the Master of War, a being with the ability to bring out potential in anyone with magic talent. If you're strong, he appears strong, if you're weak, he appears weak; depending on your level, Spekkio can be a near-harmless frog or a terrifying pink Nu! If you challenge Spekkio to a duel, the quality of the rewards scales with the your characters' levels. The only way to teach Crono, Lucca, Marle, and Frog magic Techs is to visit Spekkio in his residence in the back room at The End of Time. Definitely visit him at your first opportunity and every opportunity afterward.
